Arvin in the 1920’s was a real swinging place! The music, the food, the nightlife and the people were all wonderful, elegant and exciting. That is, until the newly elected mayor, William “Randolph” Werst, threatened to take it all away. Now, it’s up to a few loyal citizens to expose the mayor’s corrupt ways and bring Arvin back to it’s former glory.
