The early 1930’s, Los Angeles and Bakersfield. Rival mafia families are trying to gain control of the lucrative Ridge Route, “The Grapevine”. Time is on no one’s side as the Banducci’s and the Frugatti’s try to muscle their way into the top position of power in California’s Central Vally. With shady dealings and double crossings, it’s anyone’s guess who will win. A mafia, musical melodrama, inspired by all of the best Hollywood ganster movies, without all the blood and guts. This hilarious, comedic romp through one of the most respected film genres in motion picture history is sure to be one the whole family will enjoy.
